Introduction
i5 Services, LLC is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Utah (the “Company”) with its principal executive office located in the State of Utah.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information that the Company collects through its website at *.connexmarketplace.com (the “Site”) and its use of that information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to its use of information collected through the Site.

By visiting the Site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy with regard to information collected through the Site.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personally Identifiable Information
The Company collects a wide variety of information about you and your business through the Site for the purpose of providing subscription-based, business-related services to you; such services are provided at or through the Site. Some of the information collected through the Site is personally identifiable information about you.

You voluntarily provide this information to us through the subscription or registration process, and you voluntarily update the information, or provide additional or new information, to us on a regular basis as you use the Site for its intended business purposes.

The information may be collected through the Site in a number of ways, including, for example, through order forms, survey response forms, service enrollment forms, industry profiles, and email exchanges or chats.

The information collected may include, for example, your name, email address, physical address, title, employee name and address, your telephone number, credit card or other payment or billing information, user preferences, products, facilities, capacities, certifications, and other similar information relevant to your business, education, or participation in the industries represented on the Site. Some of the categories of information collected, when used alone, are sufficient to identify you as an individual; others, when used in combination, may serve to do so.

Our Use of Personally Identifiable Information
The Company may use personally identifiable information collected through the Site to:

    • verify your identity, eligibility, and credentials to use the Site;
    • respond to your inquiries;
    • provide customer service;
    • manage your account;
    • for internal operations, including Site administration, troubleshooting, research, analysis, and testing;
    • for the administration and provision of services for which you have registered;
    • to assist you to procure goods and services offered by independent third-parties, and to offer your goods and
      services to third-parties who wish to procure them, on this Site or a through third-party platform (if, now or in the
      future, we offer this functionality, and you elect to use it);
    • to conduct industry surveys; and
    • for marketing purposes (if you do not elect to opt out of receiving marketing communications, as you are entitled
      to do).

Our Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information
If you voluntarily provide the Company with your personally identifiable information through the Site, we may share that information with our employees, contractors, agents and third party service providers with whom we partner for the purposes described immediately above in the section entitled “Our Use of Personally Identifiable Information.”

During the COVID-19 public health emergency or other major natural disasters or national crises, personally identifiable information directly related to the emergency, disaster, or crisis response priorities may be shared with appropriate emergency, disaster, or crisis response platforms.

The Company may also disclose such information to a third party if we believe that we are required to do so: (i) by law; (ii) to comply with legal processes or governmental requests; (iii) to respond to investigations, claims, or potential claims; (iv) to prevent, investigate, detect, or prosecute criminal offenses or attacks on the security or technical integrity of the Site or our network, or the services we provide through the Site; or (v) to protect the rights, property, or physical safety of any Company employee, contractor, agent, service provider, or customer.

The Company reserves the right to transfer all information collected from or in connection with the Site to any third party in the event of the sale or transfer of all or any portion of its business.

Your Disclosure of Information at the Site
Certain information that you disclose through the Site, including certain personally identifiable information, may be accessible to other users of the Site, due to the intentionally collaborative nature of the services provided through the Site and the industry related exchanges that occur on the Site. Disclosures and exchanges of information for these authorized purposes by and among registered users of the Site are governed by the CONNEX™ Marketplace Terms and Conditions you accept upon registration; the Terms and Conditions are a part of your agreement with the Company regarding the services for which you have subscribed.

The credit card information you disclose through the Site for the payment of subscription or other Site related fees is processed directly by a third party payment processor. The Company does not retain your credit card information in connection with the processing of the transaction. The collection, use, and storage of your credit card information for this purpose is governed by the policy of the third party payment processor; the processor’s policy may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

B. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
The Site automatically collects non-personally identifiable information from you when you use the Site, through (1) your IP (Internet Protocol) address, and (2) cookies, if you allow them. If you do not consent to cookies, you may not use the Site.

The non-personally identifiable information collected may include, without limitation, the following: your internet service provider, the type of browser and operating system that you use, and information about your Site visit, including date and time, length of stay, individual queries and search results, pages viewed, the website address, if any, from which you linked directly to the Site, the website address, if any, to which you travel from the Site, and other traffic information.

Non-personally identifiable information may be used in aggregated or un-aggregated form to:

    • help diagnose problems with the Site’s servers;
    • administer the Site;
    • administer the services offered by the Company through the Site (with respect to which you have become a registered user); and
    • refine the functionality and content of the Site in order to more closely align it with the needs and interests of the Site’s users.

We may use third party services such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyze non-personally identifiable information to further improve the functionality of the Site. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

You can use your browser’s settings to restrict or block cookies. This would prevent you from using the Site.

2. Security
The Company employs industry-standard security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the personally identifiable information under its control, but no security system, or system of transmitting data over the internet, is 100% secure. For that reason, the Company does not guarantee the security of its servers, the means by which information is transmitted between your computer and its servers, or any information provided to the Company or any third party through or in connection with the Site.

3. Links to Other Web Sites
The Site may contain links to websites owned by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Any information you disclose on or through their sites is not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should consult the privacy policies of each website you visit. The Company is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for, the content of websites owned by third parties, and the business practices of such parties.

4. Children Under 13
The Site is directed to users who are 18 years of age or older; it is not directed to children under 13 years of age (“Children”), from whom the Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information. If you are a parent or guardian, and you learn that your Children have provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

5. Location of Servers
Your information, including your personally identifiable information, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located in a jurisdiction where the data protection and privacy laws are different from those in the jurisdiction where you reside.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting at the Site. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the currently posted Privacy Policy. Site users should review the Privacy Policy regularly to ensure that they are aware of its terms.

7. Contact Us

  • If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access the personal information the Company holds
    about you in its database, and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. The Company
    extends this right to all users.
    Accordingly, please contact the Company at support@connexmarketplace.com, if you would like to:
  • request a copy of the personally identifiable information about you that the Company has stored in its database;
  • update the personally identifiable information you have provided to the Company;
  • request that your personally identifiable information be removed from the Company’s database; or
  • have any questions about this Privacy Policy.

8. European Union Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union, please note that we are processing your information in order to pursue our
legitimate business interests (listed above), and that your information will be transferred outside of the European Union,
including to Canada and the United States.
